When: Friday, August 12th, 1 pm – 3 pm

Where: Earle Baum Center of the Blind, 4539 Occidental Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95401

On Friday, August 12th, Sterling Adaptives, a leading provider of low vision solutions, will host a free OrCam Demo Day here on the Earle Baum Center campus. We are excited to offer this opportunity for community members to learn about The OrCam MyEye PRO and The OrCam Read Smart: two smart devices detect physical objects and identify them to their user.

Who should attend?

If you, a friend, or a loved one has difficulty reading due to vision loss or reading difficulties due to other disabilities, this event is for you!

What to expect

The event will begin with a live demo led by Sterling Adaptives’ technology specialist, John Taylor. Following the demo, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the technology firsthand by trying out the devices. Our experts will be available to answer all your questions and help determine if OrCam can help you or your loved one gain greater independence.

Refreshments will be provided, and attendees will automatically be entered for a chance to win a variety of door prizes. This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is requested but not required.
