One of our most active groups is our tandem bicycle group, we call ourselves the “Baum Squad”!
Come get in shape, have fun meeting new people, and try a new adventure for 2020!
Please join us the first Saturday of each month from March to November (the July ride will be on July 11), weather dependent. Our rides will meet up at Earle Baum Center at 8:30am and will return by 12 noon. We have tandem bikes, however it is necessary to bring your own helmet and water bottle. Tandem bicycles are available to riders in the order of registration. We look forward to having fun riding in 2020!
For all rides, please arrive by 8:30 so we can leave at 9am!
Participants from Earle Baum Center are visually impaired or blind and enjoy outdoor adventure. So, come volunteer your time, learn to pilot a tandem, and make new friends!
You may be wondering, what is a Pilot? Click here for the information.
Anyone may participate or donate. Your donation will go to the Baum Squad to help repair bikes and keep them on the road.
